1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using IndexesFlow (operated by "indexesflow", hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services

IndexesFlow provides automated indexing tools for Google and Bing search engines. While we use official APIs and professional techniques, we do not guarantee specific rankings or that every URL submitted will be successfully indexed, as final discretion lies with the search engines.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Refunds

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.

14-DAY REFUND GUARANTEE: We stand by the quality of our service. If IndexesFlow does not perform as advertised, or if you are unsatisfied for any valid reason within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact support@indexesflow.com to initiate a request. After 14 days, all sales are considered final.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes or to bypass any rate limits or security measures of search engines or our platform. Abuse of the system will lead to immediate account termination without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IndexesFlow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
